È Super Mario Odyssey il miglior gioco della Gamescom 2017, stando alle votazioni raccolte dalla giuria della fiera di Colonia. Il titolo Nintendo si è accaparrato anche l’award per il miglior prodotto su Switch.Il miglior gioco per Xbox One è L’Ombra della Guerra, mentre su PS4 ha trionfato Assassin’s Creed Origins. Per PC, invece, l’award è andato a Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
